Accepted payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay by major credit/debit card. VISIONTIVE does not see or store your card details.

When you pay
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Production begins once payment and all required materials are received.

Prices
All prices are shown on the website (Pilot from €149; packages as listed) and are in euros (€).

Currency
All transactions are processed in euros (€).

VAT
 Prices exclude VAT. As a small business under the exemption threshold, VAT is not charged - adjust to your situation.

Confirmation
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation by email. Your video is delivered digitally within 3–5 working days.

Terms and Conditions — VISIONTIVE

1. Provider
VISIONTIVE - AVENIDA 24 DE JULHO 98, 1200-870 LISBOA, Portugal . Email: virtualshow@visiontive.com.

2. Services
VISIONTIVE creates AI-generated digital runway show videos based on garment images and details supplied by the customer. The customer creates/owns the garment design; VISIONTIVE produces the runway video.

3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via the website form. Payment is due in full at order via Stripe. Prices are as shown at the time of order (Pilot from €149; packages as listed).

4. Delivery
Videos are delivered digitally (by email or download link) within 3–5 working days of receiving all required materials from the customer.

5. Customer responsibilities
The customer confirms they own or have rights to all images, designs, logos, and materials they submit, and that these do not infringe third-party rights.

6. Withdrawal / refunds (digital goods)
As VISIONTIVE provides custom-made digital content, the customer agrees that work begins immediately upon order and expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal once production has started, in accordance with EU consumer law on custom digital products. Refund terms if any.

7. Usage rights
Upon full payment, the customer receives the right to use the delivered video for their own promotional purposes. VISIONTIVE may display the work in its own portfolio/marketing unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability
Services are provided "as is." VISIONTIVE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal / applicable EU law.
